Spring Break in Lake Havasu City is a welcome break from all of the demands of college campus life and exams. It is a destination that varies somewhat from the ideals of spring break life at most other locations in that there is no salt water or salt water beaches.  

There is, however, about a  45 mile length of freshwater Lake Havasu that lend itself to water sports such as boating, parasailing, fishing, canoeing, sailing, and water and jet skiing.  

In the spring, Lake Havasu is a very popular spring break location for local students and students from other parts of the country. This is one reason that some tourist do not pick this time of the year to visit this beautiful area. The crowds are rowdy and noisy and are a bother to some.  

Lake Havasu City is especially popular for the students from the Phoenix and Las Vegas areas. The parties go on for 24 hours 7 days a week during this season.  

One of the beautiful attractions of Lake Havasu City is the famous London Bridge. It was disassembled from its previous location on the Thames River in London and was rebuilt piece-by-piece at its present location over the Bridgewater Channel in Lake Havasu. It attracts visitors from all around the world.  

The city is also know as the Personal Watercrafts Capital of the World. It has a wildlife refuge and trail nearby. There are English style villages, theatres, and pubs.
